How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 2 weeks to schedule a convenient setup time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Imbue ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly through your Imbue account dashboard.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Imbue furniture pieces come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
